Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 12 2026 Last Updated: July 12 2026

Tinson Technologies ("Tinson Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") operates [yourdomain.com] and the products and services made available through it (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to all current and future Tinson Technologies Services, including [App Name], unless a specific Service is accompanied by its own supplemental notice.

This policy is hosted at https://www.tinson.tech/privacy-policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

Tinson Technologies may launch additional products and features over time. This policy is written to apply broadly across our Services. Where a new Service collects data categories not yet described here (for example, payment information or account passwords), we will update this policy — and, where required by law, provide additional notice — before that collection begins.

2. Information We Collect

Currently, the only personal data we collect is Google user data obtained through Google's OAuth authorization system, when you connect your Google Account to use Email-Services. We do not currently operate account signup/passwords, payment processing, or analytics/tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this section will be updated to describe the new data category before it goes live.

Google User Data

When you connect your Google Account to Email-Services, you grant us permission to access certain data through the Gmail API, specifically:

  • Your basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile photo)

  • Permission to compose and send email on your behalf through your Gmail account

  • Permission to read, modify, or manage messages and labels in your Gmail account, if applicable to the features you use

We only request the scopes necessary for the specific features you use. You can review exactly which permissions you've granted at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We never receive or store your Google password — authentication is handled entirely by Google's OAuth 2.0 system.

3. How We Use Information

We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the specific features of our Services that you engage with — for Email-Services, this means sending email on your behalf at your direction (for example, [describe specific feature]). We do not use this data for any purpose beyond what is necessary to operate the feature you've engaged, and we do not use it to serve advertisements.

Google Limited Use Disclosure

Tinson Technologies' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We do not use Gmail data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

  • We do not sell Gmail data.

  • We do not use Gmail data for serving advertisements.

  • We do not allow humans to read Gmail data except in the limited circumstances permitted by Google's policy (e.g., with your explicit consent, for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with law, or to maintain the Service, and even then only when strictly necessary).

4. How We Share Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Google user data to third parties. It is used exclusively within our own systems to deliver the Service to you. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety, or investigate fraud.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the data we access, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest, and access controls limiting internal access to personnel who need it to operate the Service. [Add specifics if available — hosting provider, SOC 2 status, etc.] No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service to you, or as required by law. [Specify retention period once known.] You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [privacy@yourdomain.com].

7. Revoking Access

You can revoke access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops future access; it does not automatically delete data already retained by us — see Section 6 to request deletion.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We do not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics on this site beyond what is strictly necessary for login/session functionality. If we introduce such tools, we will update this section and, where required, request your consent before deployment.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@tinson.tech.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable under local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services evolve. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes — including the addition of new data categories such as payments or analytics — will be communicated via [email / in-app notice] before they take effect.
