Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tinson.tech and the products and services offered by Tinson Technologies ("Tinson Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"), including Email-Service and any future products (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, connecting your Google Account, or otherwise using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Tinson Technologies offers Email-Service, which allows you to connect your Google Account so that the Service can send email on your behalf via the Gmail API, for the purpose of [describe: e.g., "automating outbound email campaigns," "sending scheduled messages"]. We may introduce additional Services over time; where a new Service has terms specific to it, those will be presented at the time you access it and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Accounts

3. Google Account Authorization

To use Email-Service, you must authorize access to your Google Account through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. By doing so, you:

  • Confirm that you are the authorized owner or administrator of the Google Account being connected, or have permission to connect it

  • Authorize us to send email through that account on your behalf, strictly as directed by your actions within the Service

  • Understand that you can review and revoke this authorization at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions

You are responsible for the security of your Google Account credentials. We never receive or store your Google password. Our use of information obtained through Google APIs is governed by our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Services to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or content that violates Google's Gmail API Terms of Service or Unwanted Software Policy

  • Send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing

  • Send phishing content or malware, or otherwise misuse any permission granted to us

  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or scopes of access granted by Google

  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM or CASL

You are solely responsible for the content of any email sent through the Services using your authorization, and for ensuring you have the right to send it to its recipients.

5. Fees

Email-Service is currently offered [free / at the pricing described at signup]. Some Services may require payment; where applicable, fees and billing terms will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase and incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide (excluding your own data), are owned by Tinson Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service, and revoke our own access to your Google Account, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused a permission granted to us, or if required by Google's policies. You may stop using the Services and revoke access at any time.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Email-Service depends in part on Google's APIs, and we are not responsible for outages, rate limits, or changes to Gmail API availability outside our control.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINSON TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING EMAILS SENT ON YOUR BEHALF THROUGH YOUR AUTHORIZATION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tinson Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or content you send through your authorized Google Account.
